User journeys · October 2026
Every path through EvenUs, mapped step by step. Each one is kept short and works like apps people already use.
Someone who has heard about EvenUs
1Landing page
Reads what EvenUs does: it keeps the circle's record and never touches money.
2Join waitlist
Leaves their email, or opens a demo to try it with a realistic circle.
3Sign in
Simple sign-in. No bank details or paperwork.
4My circles
Lands on a list of every circle they belong to and what each one needs.
Why it's simple: Nothing here asks for money or bank details. We never hold your money, and that's clear from the first screen.
The organiser, usually the person who already runs the group on paper or WhatsApp
1Create circle
Names the circle and sets the amount, frequency and start date.
2Set the rotation
Decides who receives first, second and third, in the order everyone agreed.
3Invite members
Shares one invite link in the group's existing chat. No app-wide search, no contacts upload.
4Circle goes live
The schedule is built automatically; everyone can see every future turn.
Why it's simple: Setup mirrors how organisers already think: amount, order, people. The invite link rides on WhatsApp because that's where the group already lives.
A member who received an invite link
1Open invite link
Taps the link from the group chat and sees the circle name, amount and who's in it.
2Confirm details
Enters their name. That's the whole form.
3You're in
The circle appears on their dashboard with their turn clearly marked.
Why it's simple: Joining is deliberately shorter than a WhatsApp group invite acceptance. One name, one tap, and the member can see exactly when their turn comes.
Every member, every cycle. This is the main thing the app does
1Open the dashboard
Within seconds: who receives this month, how much is confirmed, what's left.
2See your action
One clear card: 'Send £200 by 5 Oct'. Nothing else competes for attention.
3Send your share
Money moves the way the group already does it: bank transfer, cash or mobile money, outside the app.
4Mark as sent
One tap tells the circle the money is on its way.
5Recipient confirms
The person receiving confirms it arrived. 'Paid' always means a person said so.
Why it's simple: Five steps, one decision each. The app never moves money. It keeps a record the group can trust.
The member whose turn it is this cycle
1'You receive' banner
The dashboard flips: their name is the headline, the pot is theirs.
2Watch contributions
Sees each member mark their share as sent, in plain language.
3Confirm each payment
Confirms money as it arrives, or flags 'not received' so the record stays honest.
Why it's simple: The person receiving sees the same board as everyone else, so there's nothing to chase in private.
The organiser or this cycle's recipient
1See who's late
The status board sorts itself: awaiting confirmation first, then overdue, then still to pay.
2Remind unpaid
One tap sends a friendly reminder, so the organiser doesn't have to chase.
3Confirm received
Payments are confirmed as they land; the circle's progress bar fills for everyone.
Why it's simple: Nobody likes chasing friends for money. Reminders come from EvenUs, so the organiser doesn't have to.
Always one tap away, never in the way of the main loop.
Every turn in the rotation, past and future, so everyone can see when theirs is.
A plain list of what happened: who confirmed, who was reminded, what changed.
Who's in the circle, plus the invite link when someone new joins.
Circle details, pausing, and a direct line to the team building EvenUs.
There is no payment journey. Money never goes through the app. Members send it their usual way and EvenUs records who confirmed it.
